• At Skillsoft, we propel organizations and people to grow together through transformative learning experiences. • Skillsoft Learning Consultants partners with key Skillsoft clients to understand their long- and short-term learning needs and establish strategies that achieve measurable and/or mandated business outcomes. • The Learning Consultant is a Learning and Development specialist with 10-15 years’ experience in corporate learning and consulting. • As a ‘Trusted Advisor’, to the client the Learning Consultant provides a range of skills and expertise to address complex customer needs involving skills development, performance improvement and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in E-Learning, Education, Project Management, Computer Science, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; post-graduate degree or certificate preferred • Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in corporate training, human resources or related field • Experience or familiarity with the computer-based training market is a strong asset • Extensive experience with managing virtual projects, virtual customers and virtual teams • Experience with large, dispersed, virtual accounts; national or global implementations strongly recommended • Experience in managing work independently • Project management certification is a strong asset
