• Principal FP&A, Sales & Marketing is a senior-level role providing financial insights for Sales and Marketing. • Lead financial planning and analysis for Sales and Marketing, including budgeting and forecasting. • Analyze sales and marketing performance for profitability and ROI improvements. • Conduct performance analysis, develop KPIs, and support sales leadership on pricing and deal structuring. • Evaluate financial impacts of marketing campaigns and optimize resource allocation. • Develop forecasts and budgets for Sales and Marketing, aligning sales forecasts with financial projections. • Prepare and present financial reports, support strategic decisions with modeling and scenario analysis. • Collaborate with finance and other teams for accurate financial reporting and enhance systems. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on Sales and Marketing; experience in a similar industry is a plus. • Strong understanding of sales and marketing financial metrics and performance drivers. • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills. • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or similar. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
