Description

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions. • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts. • Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling. • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts. • Identify and implement process improvements in FP&A.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills. • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or similar. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
