Description

• Ensure individual plans are set up correctly in Xactly and goal sheets are generated timely for full acceptance • Ensure individual quota attainment and commission payout are calculated correctly, and payroll is submitted for timely payout • Reviewing data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality when loaded to Xactly. • Manage payment issues/escalations, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and identify opportunities for preventative measures • Provide support as subject matter expert in Sales Compensation Review meetings • Support FP&A Team on commission accrual submission and variance inquiries • Review and analyze monthly performance and operational metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders • Ensure compliance with sales compensation policies and SOX requirements and maintain supporting documents • Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to build constructive relationship and drive continuous cross-functional process improvement • Participate in User Acceptance Test for system plan implementation and updates • Provide support for any ad hoc business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related area. • 5+ years of sales compensation experience • Experience with Xactly. • High attention to detail and accuracy • Enthusiastic with a passion for change and efficiency • Problem solving skills • Results-oriented, relationship builder, and confident self-starter • Analytical and reporting skills • Proactive in identifying and managing risks with balanced solutions • Able to work collaboratively with multiple functions and gain alignment across the organization • Quick to adapt to new technologies and process changes • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point
