Description

• Assist with the quarterly and annual tax provision. • Support all tax SOX controls, documentation, and support. • Assist with the research of tax technical and tax accounting issues. • Maintain global FIN 48 calculations, documentation, and interest/penalty calculations. • Assist with the preparation of the federal tax compliance filings and review of state compliance filings. • Assist with income tax audits and other tax filings, as required. • Coordinate and communicate directly with other departments that support the tax reporting process. • Assist with other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 5 plus years of professional US tax experience, public accounting experience preferred. • CPA and master’s degree in tax preferred. • Knowledge of ASC 740 and financial and accounting principles. • Experience with OneSource or equivalent tax compliance software required. • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills. • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner. • Excellent Excel working knowledge. • Proficient in building and maintaining effective working relationships. • Must be self-sufficient, a great teammate, and work well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
