Requirements
• Deep passion for sharing knowledge and developing people. • Naturally outgoing, well-organised, and a self-starter. • Highly empathetic, comfortable coaching and inspiring students and fellow team members. • Solid understanding of sales and business development. • Extensive experience as an instructor, trainer, and/or coach. • Educational experience in an adult learning environment is a bonus. • Confident team leader with problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking skills. • Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful. • Fluency in sales and development topics.
