Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or related industries. Experience in international marketing or expansion projects is a plus. • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. • Native Romanian speaker & fluent English speaker. Knowledge of Greek will be considered a plus. • In-depth knowledge of the Romanian e-commerce market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances is essential. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. • Experience in digital marketing channels and tools, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
