β’ Project Management β’ Collaborate closely with the brand team to align on business objectives and develop comprehensive activation plans. β’ Coordinate all aspects of brand events, including local launch events, tactical activations, and seasonal events, both online and offline. β’ Negotiate, prepare, and execute event plans and contracts, ensuring alignment with budgetary and timeline constraints. β’ Manage event logistics and coordinate presentation and material support with the Events Head. β’ Work collaboratively with the PR team throughout the event planning process, including media and talent coordination and production preparations. β’ Work collaboratively with the Digital team to promote events and amplify engagement, achieving key performance indicators such as attendance, viewership, and engagement. β’ Undertake internal events and projects for the company, providing end-to-end event planning and execution support. β’ Agency Management β’ Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with partners and clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes. β’ Optimize project spends to ensure efficiency and maximize agency scope of work. β’ Ensure all responsibilities and deliverables are accomplished on time and in accordance with client expectations. β’ Growth, Expansion, and Business Development β’ Develop and execute strategies to grow the Events business, both digitally and traditionally, for Skyrocket Studios PH Inc. β’ Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the Events sphere and broader ecosystem. β’ Forge partnerships within the Events community to enhance business opportunities and foster collaboration. β’ Organization and File Management β’ Maintain systematic storage , inventory, and organization of all Events-Production equipment, ensuring availability and readiness for events. β’ Ensure proper permissions are set for all files and equipment, safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. β’ Pitches and Presentations β’ Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in events and activations. β’ Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients. β’ Industry Knowledge β’ Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. β’ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management. β’ Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools. β’ Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
