• Oversee all strategic and functional financial operations • Report to the CEO and work closely with department leaders • Implement efficient financial processes and controls • Develop plans to scale the business • Build and lead your founding finance team • Foster a culture of humility and collaboration • Drive successful outcomes across the company

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic finance, accounting, and revenue operations from early stage through version three of growth at a startup • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting • Ability to Manage Accounting and financial controls • Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, financial ERP systems) • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation • Elevated Emotional quotient and strategic partner to Head of People Operations and Legal teams
