Moreover, we'll invite you to explore what drives you in your work. • Once you're done, you'll be automatically added to our growing talent community and we'll get in touch with you as new opportunities come up. • As a Tech Lead at Slash, you will orchestrate the symphony of NodeJS, Typescript, Java backends, and frontend marvels like ReactJS and VueJS. • Your role as a guiding light will include: Pioneering best practices and innovative processes for frontend and backend stacks. • Empowering solution architects, scrum masters, and development teams to craft top-tier backend systems for our esteemed global clientele.

• An unwavering can-do attitude fueled by a passion for success. • Passionate and take ownership of the product. • A command over English, both written and spoken, to engage confidently with our international clients. • Experience working in an international environment is a definite plus. • Tech-savviness that keeps you seamlessly synchronized with the latest trends. • A proactive spirit unafraid to shoulder responsibility and drive results. • Analytical brilliance, unmatched coding prowess, and the ability to untangle complex problems with finesse. • A fervor for collaborating across diverse global corporate and startup projects. • Collaboration finesse to engage with diverse teams – solution architects, product managers, scrum masters, developers, and product team. • Collaborating with product and stakeholder to gather requirements, build a roadmap and strategy together on how to build and deliver the product. • Multiple experiences leading and building small teams of developers. • A portfolio boasting 10+ years of immersive exploration as full stack engineers with strong expertise in JS stacks: NodeJs, Typescript, ReactJS, NextJS, and an expansive array of technologies. • A strong expertise and hands-on experience in AWS and its services such as Route53, Load Balancer, ECS, Lambda, SQS, Cloudwatch, S3, Cloudfront, etc. • A magician's touch with databases for SQL Server and cache management (Redis). • NoSQL (MongoDB) being a good plus. • Fluent command of RESTful APIs, with bonus points for your prowess in GraphQ.
