📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Slash is a hi-tech startup studio with a mission to build tech products that change the world. • Our clients are global. • We work on a wide range of technologies: web, mobile, AI, blockchain, cloud, microservices, security & infrastructure, etc. • Join a team of 50+ entrepreneurs, engineers, hackers, and full-stack developers with unique capabilities in web, mobile, AI, and Blockchain. • You’ll create functional and appealing features that meet clients' needs. • Utilize creativity and technical knowledge to develop great experiences. • Deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products in collaboration with the product owner and development team.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. • Expertise in at least one design software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD. • Working knowledge of technologies and software: Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience with user research and translating insights from research to designs. • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. • Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces. • Designing UI elements and creating original graphic designs. • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems. • Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams. • Great communication skills both interfacing with customers and working with your team. • Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
