β’ This is a remote position. β’ Shopify Site Manager β’ We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify site at cederbergtea.co. β’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating promotions, updating banners, and addressing customer inquiries. β’ Additionally, the candidate will be expected to focus on listing SEO and enhancements, workflow analysis and improvements, executing promotions, and enhancing customer communication. β’ This role is crucial for a site with low traffic but growing potential. β’ Responsibilities: β’ Create and manage promotions on the Shopify site β’ Update banners and visual elements to enhance user experience β’ Respond to customer inquiries and engage in customer communication using Shopify Inbox β’ Conduct SEO enhancements and optimize product listings β’ Analyze workflows and implement improvements β’ Execute promotions using relevant apps such as Dealeasy, Aftersell, and Selleasy β’ Utilize Orderly eMails for creating and managing templates β’ Utilize Slack for internal communication within the company

β’ Proven experience in managing Shopify sites and utilizing relevant apps such as Printify, Shopify Inbox, Dealeasy, Aftersell, Selleasy, and Orderly eMails β’ Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing SEO enhancements β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively β’ Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing site operations β’ Ability to analyze workflows and implement improvements to enhance site performance β’ Familiarity with Slack for internal communication within the company
