β’ This is a remote position. β’ Job Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance). β’ We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. β’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for scraping product data from supplier sources, managing purchase orders in Xero, and listing products on Amazon and Walmart. β’ The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for e-commerce operations, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. β’ Key Responsibilities: Scrape product data from supplier websites or databases and ensure accuracy and completeness. β’ Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in Xero, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing. β’ List and optimize products on Amazon and Walmart, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images. β’ Monitor and update product listings to reflect stock availability, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns. β’ Collaborate with the team to improve product visibility and sales performance on e-commerce platforms.

β’ Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Walmart. β’ Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software. β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. β’ Familiarity with web scraping tools or techniques is a plus.
