Description

• Achieve sales objectives with a focus on revenue and profitability • Lead the RFQ process and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of quotes • Monitor the sales pipeline to drive new sales • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to ensure a smooth customer experience and recurring business • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders • Stay up to date on market conditions such as competitors, and products to create new business opportunities • Ensure accurate and timely reporting • Attend industry-specific trade shows and conferences to promote DESMI • Carry out administrative tasks related to sales e.g. CRM tool

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. • 3 plus years of prior marine pump sales experience is a must • Problem-solving skills, ability to identify customer’s pain • Solid experience working in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce • Able to travel 25% a year • A valid driver’s license • Bilingual English and French professional proficiency
