• Sleeper is building the leading platform to connect friends over sports. • Our flagship product, fantasy football leagues, are used by over 5 million people internationally. • We are willing to pick up any sports or try out new computer games together, for the purpose of "research". • We’re work hard and play hard – we set aside time for team-building and game-times. • We can see design everywhere and every day – we even had a team trip to Las Vegas for a design trend workshop.
🎯 Requirements
• Has at least 2 to 3+ years of UX Research experience • Has successfully deployed quantitative and qualitative research methodologies • Has a fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimentation • Is self-driven but also has strong collaboration skills and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Extra points if you have a degree in one of the following majors or related fields: HCI, information sciences, statistics, data analytics, human-centered design • Have experience with quantitative analytics tools or dashboards • Have experience with research tools for remote testing and/ or surveys
