Description

• The Remote Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services via telehealth. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning. • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings. • Provide remote occupational therapy services to help patients achieve their goals. • Educate patients and their caregivers on techniques to enhance independence. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. • Adhere to relevant ethical and legal standards including HIPAA compliance. • Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct remote therapy sessions. • Stay current with the latest developments in occupational therapy.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. • Active CA State Occupational Therapy License. • Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview. • Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform. • Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+). • Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred. • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
