Description

• The Remote Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients via telehealth. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning. • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for patients. • Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises and interventions. • Educate patients and caregivers on enhancing independence and well-being. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance. • Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions. • Stay current with developments in occupational therapy and engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Active CA State Occupational Therapy License • Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview • Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform • Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+) • Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience required • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
