• Interact with customers and provide and process information in response to inquiries. • Handle retail customer service inquiries mainly for English-speaking markets. • Introduce customers to purchase higher-priced items and upgrades. • Requires a patient and stable work style with a cooperative attitude. • Focus on working comfortably under close supervision within a stable team.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language is an advantage • Excellent time management and documentation skills • Customer service experience preferred • Amenable to working the graveyard shift, including weekends • High-speed, stable internet connection
