Description
• Smartcat seeks a Business Systems Engineer to manage and integrate systems supporting GTM strategy. • Focus on HubSpot CRM with a goal of optimizing workflows and aligning business processes for scalability and efficiency. • Oversee GTM systems functionality, customize for company needs, and support end users and stakeholders. • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for CRM enhancements, ensuring high data quality and effective data governance.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or other GTM Operation roles. • Required hands-on experience with custom coding and development with Hubspot CRM and APIs. • Experience with Chilipiper, Zoominfo, Clay, and Gong is a plus. • Proven success in managing data quality programs. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
