Description
• As an FP&A Manager, build and shape financial planning and analysis from the ground up. • Create processes that influence strategic and operational decision-making. • Drive the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes. • Collaborate closely with Data team to build finance KPIs infrastructure for better decision-making. • Manage and mentor a small team of financial analysts.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in management accounting and financial analysis • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, management accounting and budgeting processes • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and senior management • Ability to build effective business relationships across all levels of the organisation • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic scale up environment, with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities and ensuring process continuity • Strong ability to prioritise workloads – both personal and for your team – and manage cross-team responsibilities • Basic SQL knowledge and experience in working closely with Data teams is a strong plus • Experience in B2B SaaS companies is considered as a strong plus
