Description
• Leadership & Strategy: create and execute vision of Business Intelligence and Data engineering, with metrics to measure progress. • Team Leadership: Lead, Inspire, retain, structure and manage a team of strong data engineers, analytics engineers and product analysts. • Collaboration & Communication: strong stakeholders management skills with business stakeholders, from CEO, CTO, VP Account Management etc. • Own data stack including Data warehouse, ETL data pipelines, introduce and manage data governance, and data operationalization across Smartcat.
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence • Proven experience managing managers and leading large, diverse teams • Strong stakeholder management experience • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion • Experience working with remote teams • Curiosity Mindset • Experience in B2B SaaS a must have, experience with marketplace business a plus
