📋 Description
• Lead Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) initiatives. • Own the strategy and execution of the growth-focused product roadmap. • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. • Define and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product management working in B2B SaaS companies, with a strong focus on growth, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through product-led growth or product-led sales initiatives. • Experience working in a highly intense startup environment, requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to break through. • Expertise in growth frameworks, funnel optimization, and experimentation methodologies. • Deep understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and user activation strategies. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Hands-on familiarity with SQL is a strong plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Customer-focused, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. • Outcomes-oriented and comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Integrity, full commitment, and a strong sense of ownership.
