📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to lead the strategic direction and execution of our core products. • Responsible for setting product strategy, driving roadmap execution, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our hospital clients. • Define and implement a strategy that leverages advanced AI, machine learning, and data science to enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and deliver measurable value to our hospital clients. • Play a pivotal role in shaping SmarterPrebill’s future as a clinical AI platform. • Lead a team of 3-5 Senior Product Managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, customer success, and sales teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing product managers. This includes 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, or clinical documentation. • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and data science teams on advanced AI. • Deep experience engaging directly with customers and translating insights into impactful product decisions. • Proven ability to define a long-term product vision while delivering measurable short-term results. • Track record of delivering high-impact products with exceptional project management and prioritization skills. • Experience mentoring and developing product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
