📋 Description
• We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own, shape, and scale a new game-changing AI product, driving its commercial impact and industry adoption. • SmarterDx builds clinical AI that empowers hospitals to achieve 100% chart accuracy for revenue integrity. • Your role involves deeply understanding user workflows, refining platform capabilities, and ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B healthcare, ideally in automation, AI-driven workflows, or revenue cycle management. • Proven ability to launch 0 to 1 products, scale and mature a product platform, balancing technical constraints with user needs. • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success. • Experience working directly with customers. • Experience working with healthcare data products and using data visualization to drive user decisions. • Strong understanding of appeals processes, revenue cycle operations, and payer-provider dynamics. • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and EMR/EHR integrations. • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced product environment. • Exposure to QA methodologies to ensure AI-generated content accuracy.
