• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 6 years of experience in software project management, systems analysis, software development, process management, team leadership, or quality management. • Deep understanding of software product development lifecycles and operations, with hands-on experience managing these processes. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Proficiency in using office tools and project management software. • High-level persuasion and negotiation skills. • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and teach others. • A strong focus on statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making. • Solid knowledge of negotiation techniques and conflict management. • Ability to anticipate risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Comfortable engaging with software architects and technical leaders to question and review the work being done.
