• Provide hands on support : working on architecture design, estimations, and implementations with test coverage. • People Management : being the local tech leader for a team of engineers. • Collaborating cross-functionally: working in scrum with a cross functional team, with a PM, QA engineer and designer and being the interface between your team and the engineering lead on all topics related to management and planning.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer in a start-up or scale-up environment • Experience as a people manager, or a strong desire to become a people manager • Experience working with Node.js and frontend frameworks (React / Vue / Angular) • Knowledge of Docker and k8s • Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Circle CI) • Knowledge of databases such as Postgres and Cassandra (or equivalents) • Experience with Kafka (or equivalents) and distributed applications (microservices)
