• As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional Head of People to join the team, who will help us to scale and build the best people function globally. • Reporting directly into the CEO, you will take full ownership of growing our People division. • This role is critical in driving our success by developing and retaining top talent, ensuring compliance with global employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. • This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for implementing and delivering companywide strategies, whilst being the primary driver behind all of our operational workstreams. • Playing a pivotal role in leading a team of HR professionals and shaping our companies culture and vision.
• An exceptional people leader, who has experience in scaling people functions, preferably for either a start-up or scale up. • You bring 7+ years of strategically leading People teams of HR Business Partners, People Operations Officers, Recruiters, and Employer Branding specialists. • You have a track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring management and People & Culture teams internationally. • You bring a strategic, positive, and refreshing People & Culture mindset, with an inexhaustible appetite for adventure and speed. • You can confidently plan and manage financial forecasts and budgets. • You know how to manage stakeholders and know-how to get things done by bringing structure & prioritization with tact and organizational savviness. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. • You are results-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a track record of achieving goals. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Provide effective leadership to the People team, supporting growth and development. • You led an organization through a similar scaling phase before and thrived on these dynamics with your unparalleled execution power and drive to create a unique People & Culture approach.
