• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with team leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and design customized recruitment strategies for each position. • Drive the recruitment process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. • Source top talent: Leverage various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to identify and engage high-caliber tech candidates. • Build talent pipelines: Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates for critical roles, ensuring readiness to meet future hiring needs. • Enhance employer branding: Collaborate with the employer branding team to craft compelling messaging that showcases our company culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates. • Optimize recruitment metrics: Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. • Foster diversity and inclusion: Proactively promote diversity in hiring by implementing sourcing strategies that target underrepresented groups and ensuring an inclusive selection process. • Stay updated on market trends: Keep abreast of trends in the tech industry and talent market, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our recruitment strategies.
• Experience in Tech Recruitment: Proven track record of successfully hiring technical roles in fast-paced environments, with at least 3 years of experience in a startup/scaleup setting. • Strong Sourcing Skills: Expertise in finding and engaging top talent using innovative and creative sourcing methods; accustomed to reaching out to at least 90 candidates per week. • Passion for People and Tech: A genuine interest in helping candidates find the right fit and building teams that drive business success, paired with a strong passion for tech profiles. • Resilience and Proactivity: In a competitive market, you remain undeterred and show the resilience and proactive attitude needed to secure top talent. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Proactive and Resilient: A self-starter with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a dynamic and evolving workplace. • Italian: native English: Fluent (C1)
