• Lead a team of marketing professionals responsible for pipeline generation and revenue funnel optimization • Design, implement and fine tune a predictable demand generation model to support business growth • Define, execute, measure and refine effective multi-channel marketing revenue generation strategies • Support pipeline goals by creating targeted demand generation programs • Track & measure demand generation performance and adjust strategy based on insights • Build and lead a team to consistently achieve their goals and develop their skills
• Proven track record in demand generation in enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle including MQLs and SQLs - 7+ years experience • Minimum of 3 years experience in a demand generation leadership role, preferably in the B2B enterprise software space or a complex technical/solution market with longer sales cycles and/or multi persona • Proven experience implementing and executing on established frameworks for demand generation • Experience in manufacturing is an asset • Awareness and expertise in pharma and beverages, a plus • A leader, a team player and a coach that doesn’t hesitate to roll up his/her sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done • Self-motivated, very thorough and results driven • Ability to cope with ambiguity at times and act as a positive leader to the team • A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns • Deep understanding of the B2B customer journey and the implications on marketing strategy • Expert in inbound marketing, ABM, email marketing and field marketing best practices with demonstrable success delivering earned (SEO/SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), owned channels (web, webinar, podcast) demand generation programs • Excellent decision-making skills in regards to allocating marketing spend • Extensive skills in marketing technology, automation systems with hands-on experience with generative AI technologies to optimize operations and increase performance • Ability to compile and analyze data to develop metrics that support decision-making • Analytical with a strong ability to think strategically, execute, and deliver measurable results • Excellent understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel • Direct experience building, coaching and mentoring a high performance team (program managers, SDRs) • Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills
