Requirements

• Experience with game production and design • Familiar with different parts of game production process such as engineering, art, music, design • Good at strategic thinking and able to create a long-term strategic plan • Great communication and leadership skills • Familiar with the game industry and mobile applications • Ability to manage time and crisis management • Analytical and statistical skills and attention to detail (Microsoft Excel knowledge) • Ability to provide creative solutions based on product needs • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail • Excellent listening and negotiation skills • Excellent reporting and presentation skills (Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge) • Fast and self-centered learning, motivated and hardworking • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Persian and English. • Capable of product development and launch in B2C • Capable of strategic product goals, strategy analysis and product design to enter the market • Capable of communicating effectively with designers, developers, marketing and user support teams, for integrated product development
