Requirements
• Experience as an operations specialist or similar role in the IT sector. • Familiarity with IT service desk software and ticketing systems. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Proficiency in project management software and a willingness to learn new tools. • The ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
