📋 Description

• SMG is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist responsible for planning and executing comprehensive demand-generation strategies to drive high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and optimize conversion rates. • You will work across multiple channels—including ABM, paid media, SEO, email marketing, partnerships, and events—to fuel pipeline growth and support revenue objectives. • The role requires developing and executing omni-channel campaigns, managing ABM, paid social, and display ads, implementing SEO strategies, developing gated content, building partnerships for lead generation, and using analytics for performance optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• A growth-focused, analytical, and creative marketer who excels at driving demand through multi-channel campaigns. • Proven experience in demand generation, ABM, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles. • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta), PPC, and display. • Hands-on experience with SEO, website optimization, and marketing analytics. • Experience managing HubSpot nurturing campaigns, LinkedIn InMail, and outbound marketing campaigns. • Demonstrable ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics tools. • Familiar with Google Analytics. • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing strategy. • Understanding of lead scoring qualification frameworks. • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to create content as well as promote it. • Experience working with SDR teams to align marketing with outbound prospecting. • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
