Description
• Provide expert-level support for the Azure cloud platform. • Lead the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of cloud infrastructure issues. • Implement and manage robust monitoring solutions. • Regularly review and optimize cloud infrastructure and services. • Conduct detailed post-incident analysis to determine root causes. • Continuously monitor system health and performance. • Support the design and maintenance of Azure network infrastructure resources. • Work closely with Engineering to support data platforms. • Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices. • Develop and implement automation scripts and tools. • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Operations teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in designing, supporting, and optimizing Azure cloud environments. • In-depth experience with Azure networking components. • Strong working knowledge of legacy and modern data platforms. • Proven experience in managing and resolving operational issues in Azure environments. • Experience in conducting root cause analysis. • Hands-on experience with automation tools.
