• Analyze data and draft implementation plans for optimization • Manage and direct engineering for the company • Build and manage an organization capable of executing operational strategies • Develop and monitor capital budget and maintenance budget • Drive engineering performance to achieve performance goals • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field • 10+ years of experience in Engineering management • 5+ years of experience in team management/development • Prior experience as a Plant Engineer or similar role • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and SAP • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate technical ideas to a non-technical audience • Strong interpersonal, technical and presentation skills • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
