📋 Description

• Analyze data and draft implementation plans for production process optimization. • Maximize efficiencies by eliminating waste impacting operating costs. • Ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment and processes in plant operations. • Train corporate on established reliability program strategies and transfer best practices. • Coordinate standardized maintenance and reliability strategies across functional departments. • Implement best practices of maintenance management and reliability engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Knowledge of engineering principles and techniques related to food processing and the meat industry, preferred. • Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues. • Proficient in SAP and CMMS preferred. • Ability to communicate technical ideas and concepts effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Suite products. • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning and adaptability. • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment. • Ability to execute independently of direction for M&E related processes and projects. • Travel is required with extended overnight stays. Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
