๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข We are looking for a dynamic Channel Marketing Program Manager to support business growth in middle market verticals. โ€ข This role is critical in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring the successful execution of tailored marketing programs and campaigns that increase pipeline growth and revenue. โ€ข As the primary marketing resource for inside sales and business development teams, you will develop strategies to create leads, enhance customer engagement, and guide brand awareness within specific territories or channels. โ€ข You will collaborate with Integrated and Vertical Marketing teams to adapt broad-based campaigns for regional needs, while also designing custom, channel-specific programs. โ€ข This role requires a person with program management skills who can also implement tactical programs, manage ad hoc requests, and help sales teams with tools, campaigns, and processes that achieve measurable results. โ€ข By aligning marketing efforts with regional sales goals, you will help achieve revenue goals and promoting stronger connections between marketing and sales. โ€ข You will report to the Director, Vertical Markets.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement or a similar role with a focus on campaign strategy (3+ years); or equivalent experience. โ€ข Project management skills. โ€ข Experience with industry-specific market dynamics, buyer personas and customer journey. โ€ข Experience creating engaging and sales content. โ€ข Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Salesloft, Seismic, 6Sense, or similar platforms. โ€ข Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or communications a must. Preferably located in Southern California within driving distance to Costa Mesa.
