Description

• As the Psychiatry Growth Specialist, you will be a key driver in expanding our Psychiatry Program in current and future markets. • In this role, you’ll lead efforts to deepen our presence in existing states and introduce our services to new states, all while helping to scale operations from the ground up. • You’ll collaborate closely with teams across provider recruitment, onboarding, marketing, and strategic partnerships to achieve our growth targets. • Your work will directly impact our expansion into new states, the growth of our provider network, and our ability to ensure clients receive high-quality care. • This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on improving access to care and growing a more nascent business line.

Requirements

• 3-6 years healthcare technology and/or BH technology experience, startup experience is a plus • Proven project-management and organizational skills • Data driven with ability to drive data analysis related to clinical initiatives • Ability to translate between clinical and non-clinical trained team members • Experience working in Salesforce and data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker) • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to influence and facilitate cross-functional projects • Proven ability to move projects forward despite ambiguity • Demonstrated ability to dive into unfamiliar territory, self-start, become a subject matter expert, and deliver high-quality work • Proactive, inquisitive and self-motivated
