Description

• As a QA Engineer at SnapMagic, you will take complete ownership of software quality and the entire testing process. • Work on manual and automated testing, including performance testing. • Lead the development and execution of test plans and cases. • Identify, log, and validate defects, bugs, and usability issues. • Monitor key metrics to ensure platform reliability. • Collaborate with the software team to define and refine the continuous build and deployment process. • Maintain and enhance testing frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years in QA Testing. • Manual testing and proficiency in various types of testing (functional, non-functional) and testing frameworks. • Strong SQL knowledge and experience. • Experience with API testing automation. • Expertise in the test life cycle, including planning, designing, case creation/maintenance, automation, execution, and reporting. • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. • Excellent English communication skills, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, detail-oriented, ambitious, and proactive. • Bonus: Experience with additional testing tools or methodologies.
