Description

• We’re on a mission to democratize AI by building the definitive AI data development platform. • Manage a team of data annotators to create high-quality labeled datasets. • Provide training and coaching to data annotators. • Manage day-to-day execution of annotation process and workflows. • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of various annotation tasks. • Track and drive efficiency and quality of the data annotation team. • Collaborate with engineering and project owners to understand annotation requirements. • Oversee tracking and approval process for billable work.

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant work experience in operations management, program management or data annotation operations. • Ability to manage a large team performing manual operations. • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to self-direct. • Adaptability and creativity when faced with operational challenges. • Strong commitment to data accuracy and output. • Problem-solving skills and aptitude for improving processes. • Effective communication and writing skills. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
