📋 Description
• Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team. • We are looking for world-class Solution Architects to join our Global field teams. • The Solution Architect will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. • This Solution architect will have a broad range of skills and experience ranging from data architecture to ETL/ELT. • This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high visibility across the organization. • The Solution Architect has the willingness to jump in and do what it takes to make Snowflake and our customers successful. • They should work collaboratively with a broad range of people, both inside and outside the company.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 15+ years of experience working in customer facing sales engineering (tech sales) role • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience • Strong competency on modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehouse/lake, data science and data apps • Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, in small groups or at public events, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos. • Hands-on expertise with SQL and Python • Experience working with GSIs or Global capability centers • Industry experience in either BFSI, Technology or HCLS domains • Experience with large-scale database technology (e.g. Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, Hadoop etc.) • Presales experience in data related tech products • Sound understanding and experience in the enterprise market and technology ecosystem
