Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Snowplow Analytics products. • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools. • Work closely with developers to understand product requirements and provide timely feedback on quality issues. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. • Automate test cases and contribute to the continuous improvement of our automated testing frameworks. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability and quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases. • Monitor and analyze test results, and provide detailed reports on test coverage, defects, and overall product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role. • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. (e.g. GitHub Actions) • Familiarity with cloud-based services and environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
