Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish • Qualified accountant or qualified by experience with time served in financial accounting, payroll, and tax. • Good level of Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Well organized, meticulous in approach, and strives for continuous improvement. • Experience working in an SME (ideally a fast-growing group with multiple companies.) • Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continued professional development. • Able to form and build good client relationships and work well in a team. • Balance sheet controls and reconciliation experience. • Exposure to compliance returns including IVA/GST, corporation tax, employment taxes and payroll/HR requirements. • Actively promote and work to Soben company values – honesty, dynamism, bravery, and inclusivity.
