📋 Description

• Creating visually engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity; • Maintaining brand consistency by adhering to guidelines and tailoring designs to the target audience; • Collaborating with the marketing team to translate strategies into compelling visuals, incorporating copy, imagery, and other elements; • Designing digital assets optimized for websites, social media, and mobile apps, staying updated on industry trends; • Developing print materials, ensuring they meet print-ready requirements; • Supporting marketing campaigns by creating visual assets that align with campaign objectives and themes; • Editing images, sourcing or creating high-quality visuals, and enhancing photos as needed; • Communicating with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and ensure alignment with marketing goals; • Managing multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines; • Ensuring quality by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio); • Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, and branding (must be included with the resume for consideration); • Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other tools is a plus; • Creativity & Branding: Ability to generate unique design concepts while maintaining brand consistency; • Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of composition, readability, and visual hierarchy; • Digital & Print Design: Experience creating assets for online platforms and print-ready materials; • Communication & Time Management: Strong collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities; • Attention to Detail: Ensuring design accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
