• Managing payroll operations across multiple countries • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and accuracy of payroll calculations • Overseeing payroll processes • Pre-calculating payroll, verifying accuracy, and ensuring compliance • Facilitating information exchange between departments • Providing breakdowns of accruals • Assisting HR department with salary reviews • Consolidating payroll supporting documents • Ensuring accuracy of accruals • Initiating payment requests and controlling execution • Preparing internal reports for managers • Taking part in payroll cash planning.
• Proven experience in payroll management across multiple countries • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information between departments • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Upper Intermediate+ English level • Fluency in the Ukrainian language • Work experience 5+ years.
