• Managing a large project or multiple smaller projects at a time. • Developing comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, deliverables, and milestones. • Defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client or company goals. • Managing budget, scope, and time, using estimation techniques, quality management, change management, and team management. • Contributing to change management.
Requirements
• Taking full accountability for own technical work or project/supervisory responsibilities. • Establishing own milestones, project team objectives, and delegating assignments; Managing project teams, leading them independently towards milestones and objectives. • Making decisions independently, executing without assistance or supervision. • Understanding strategic goals of the organization and working closely with senior management to ensure that hiring activities are aligned with business objectives. • Managing highly complex, cross-unit, cross-functional projects, including external, client-facing projects. • Operating with broad latitude in a complex environment. • Having best practices in the field of project management. • Suggesting methods to optimize and improve processes, introducing new/innovative practices and approaches, and scaling to the team. • Anticipating internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommending process, product, or service improvements. • Advising on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications in own area of specialization and making correct choices from alternatives; Analyzing, diagnosing, designing, planning, executing, and evaluating work to time, cost, and quality targets. • Having extensive knowledge of and best practices in project management area, and following trends. • Passing on expertise and knowledge to the team, conducting training and presentations if necessary. • Acting as a mentor or coach for other project managers and delivery managers, project coordinators, providing guidance and helping them develop their skills and experience. • Contributing to the development and performance assessment of other colleagues. • Having deep knowledge and experience in project management methodologies; Developing and conducting individual assessments to determine the knowledge, skills, and abilities of candidates; Providing training and guidance to other project managers; Contributing to the development of career paths for other project managers. • Inspiring and leading project teams to achieve goals. • Clearly articulating project goals, risks, and progress to stakeholders. • Solving unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. • Adapting strategies based on evolving project dynamics. • Managing conflicts and negotiating effectively to drive project success; Communicating confidently, dealing with objections, providing the right information in the communication process in a way that gets the desired result; Demonstrating excellent presentation skills, active listening skills, problem-solving skills in communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to effectively plan and organize work and teams to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external consultants/services. • Having in-depth knowledge and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Monday, job automation tools, KPI tracking, presentation tools, G-Suite). • Having experience in tech & software development. • Knowing SDLC. • Knowing or being familiar with the e-gaming industry. • Holding project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, CAPM). • Knowing project management frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, SAFe, Spotify, etc.). • Having a C1-C2 level of English. • Being fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
