Description

• GR8 Tech is a global product company that provides innovative, scalable platforms and business solutions for the iGaming industry. • Act as a visionary and advocate for best DevOps/SRE practices across all engineering teams. • Design and maintain high-load and high-availability infrastructure within Cloud and On-Premise. • Own and optimize the cloud part of our infrastructure, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability. • Design and build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible. • Drive effective observability for the entire platform, integrating monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. • Collaborate with development teams to design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and associated services. • Implement robust disaster recovery and failover mechanisms. • Ad-hoc project tasks as per business needs. • On-call shifts begin 6 months after the start of employment, responding only to super-critical incidents in production environment during non-working hours.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure and services. • Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management. • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies. • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash. • Expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning for large-scale distributed systems. • Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Upper Intermediate English level.
