•Develop and execute the overall product and marketing strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals •Lead the team to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives •Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements •Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to gain insights, and iterate on the product to optimize performance and user satisfaction •Manage human and financial resources •Create, implement and execute efficient processes to achieve key business and product goals •Serve as a key spokesperson for the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to key stakeholders
•Proven experience in product management within B2C products in related industries (dating, social connections) on international markets (with a focus on the USA, English-speaking tier 1 countries, Europe) •Ability to formulate product and marketing strategy •Demonstrated success in achieving product profitability and key metrics boost •Experience scaling businesses 10х •Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people •Previous P&L management experience is a must •Budget management skills •Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ability to take ownership of the final outcome •Background in analytics/marketing would be a significant plus •Fluent English language proficiency
