• Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a global technology company that builds apps at the intersection of dating, social, and entertainment. • The company's portfolio includes 70 social discovery platforms with a focus on AI, game mechanics, and video streaming. • We seek a motivated DevOps Engineer to help improve CI/CD workflows across several products, maintaining and optimizing existing workflows while introducing modern tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Kubernetes: - Experience with troubleshooting and managing containerised applications. • GitLab CI/CD: - Hands-on experience in building and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. • Shell Scripting: - Scripting skills for automation and system management. • Linux Administration: - Competency in troubleshooting and maintaining Linux-based systems. • Observability Technologies: - Understanding of tools and practices for system monitoring and observability. • DevOps Methodologies: - Good grasp of DevOps principles and practices. • Hands-on Development Experience: - Awareness of challenges developers face. • Nice to have: Understanding of networking protocols and technologies. • Experience in administering Windows environments.
