• Support highly loaded SDG Infrastructure. • Look after the infrastructure with the help of Zabbix and Grafana systems. • Process incidents according to regulations and policy. • Resolve infrastructure issues by instructions. • Assist SRE in resolving issues. • Set tasks for Zabbix specialists to setup and adjust monitoring alerts. • Prepare initial versions of postmortem documents in case of critical issues.

• Linux / Windows administration (required). • RabbitMQ, VMM, IIS, Nginx, Ansible. • Zabbix (pref) OR Graphite OR Prometheus (basic actions).
