• Seeking a highly skilled Lead System Engineer focused on Virtualization. • Play a key leadership role in system design and implementation. • Ensure systems meet and exceed performance benchmarks. • Identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability. • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of system administrators and network engineers. • Oversee engineering projects and ensure quality standards are met. • Act as the technical point of contact for complex system issues. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage team resources. • Evaluate team performance and conduct regular assessments. • Personal responsibility for managing and resolving on-call escalations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Team Lead, Lead System Engineer, or similar leadership role in system engineering. • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies. • Extensive experience with Microsoft virtualization platforms. • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting virtual networks. • In-depth knowledge of different types of storages. • Extensive hands-on experience with SAN technologies. • Hands-on experience in integrating VMware environments with cloud platforms. • Proficiency with automation tools and scripting languages. • Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft technologies.
