•Your main tasks will be: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. •Develop detailed project plans and manage schedules, resources, and risks. •Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals. •Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team. •Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to keep projects on track. •Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics, deliverables, and timelines, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

•5+ years of project management experience in rapidly growing tech products. •Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or similar. •Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •High adaptivity to changes. •Technical background will be considered as an asset. •Fluent Russian speaker. •Level of English - B2.
